Original recipe from the brown derby restaurant where it was invented. A bed of mixed greens topped with herb roasted free range chicken breast, ham, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, cheddar and jack cheeses, cherry tomatoes, chives with red wine vinegar, and blue cheese vinaigrette.
